What's the news?

Darebin United SC is accepting expressions of interest for all teams (MiniRoos, Juniors, Girls, Seniors, Reserves/3rds) for the 2026 season. This includes from existing members that have not yet completed the 2026 process and from new people interested in joining Darebin United SC in 2026.

What help is available:

This news article contains all the information needed for the 2026 process. If you have additional questions, please ask your team manager in the first instance, visit the clubhouse during training on Tuesday or Thursday (until mid-September 2025), leave a comment or send us an email.

How the Club will run the EOI and registration process this year:

1) All paid Expressions of Interest will be grouped into the following Team Age Categories:

- MiniRoos Mixed/Boys (u8-u12)
- MiniRoos Girls (u8-u12)
- Juniors Mixed/Boys (u13-u15)
- Juniors Mixed/Boys (u16-u18)
- Juniors Girls (u13-u18)
- Reserves/3rds
- Seniors

2) Club-wide trials will be held to ensure players are in the appropriate age group and level. This will provide each player with an environment where they can be challenged and thrive. Darebin United SC is a community club and we will try to find a spot for all players that want to play.

3) The Club’s Football Committee will communicate the outcomes to those expressing interest by February 2025. This will give time after the summer holidays for team formation and pre-season activities.

NOTE: The Team Age Category groupings will be used to run trials and to communicate dates/locations for Nov. Completing the EOI process below and paying the $200 deposit is how you can be included.

Important dates:

September 1: Public Registrations Open
November: Club-wide trials
February 2026: Complete communication of 2026 teams
March-April 2026: Player registration phase

TO EXPRESS INTEREST use Stack Team App

1) Load the 2026 Public Expressions Of Interest Form

On Mobile App: Go to Home -> Darebin United SC -> Registrations and click on "2026 Public Expressions Of Interest"

On Web: click on this link.

2) Select the appropriate option for Team Age Category (from above) and the correct existing player if you are an existing member logged in. If you are new, please create a new player, keeping in mind that parents/guardians will need to supply their own details first to login and then supply player details after selecting the Team Age Category

3) Complete the requested information - especially date of birth and emergency contact info, including contact phone number

4) Once the form is complete, proceed to shopping cart checkout (follow the red dot in top right corner) and pay the $200 deposit - payments must be made via Stack Team App using a debit or credit card. No other payment option is available.

Full 2026 Fees:

MiniRoos: $850 - balance $650 after $200 deposit
Juniors: $900 - balance $700 after $200 deposit
All Girls: $500 - balance $300 after $200 deposit - supported by Darebin Council's Community Grant
Seniors: $450 - balance $250 after $200 deposit
Reserves/3rds: $600 - balance $400 after $200 deposit

Additional fees may apply for non-active members.

The balance of fees will be payable during the Player Registration phase that is run by Football Australia. A news item will be shared at the appropriate time.
